Hello and welcome! I’m Kathy, and I’m delighted you’re considering Posh Paper. My journey into the wedding world began in the early 1990s with my first business, Flowers by Design—a boutique floral company I ran from my home studio while balancing a full-time executive marketing executive career. Alongside florals, I also offered wedding invitations and select day-of planning services, laying the foundation for the detail-driven, design-forward work I love today.
In 2015, I founded the Posh Paper brand with the vision of creating refined, artful wedding stationery and all-things paper under one thoughtfully curated brand family, including Posh Pet and my online boutique, Paper Orchid.
In September 2022, my husband and I opened our new shop, Gallery 118, in the Reading Bridal District. From this space, we design custom, bespoke save the dates, invitation suites, and impeccably coordinated day-of stationery, signage and more. Our clients are able to plan all elements in one place — our 1000 square foot Styling Studio loft — allowing a cohesive design to carry beautifully through every detail.
Gallery 118 is home to a curated collective of four top-tier wedding and event businesses—each admired for their bespoke approach and impeccable attention to detail—plus the most charming gift shop for brides you’ll ever see.

I spent over 20 years as a wedding planner, designing and coordinating celebrations full of personal meaning and thoughtful details. That background gives me a unique edge in this role because I know this industry inside and out. I understand the emotions, the logistics, and the importance of first impressions. I also know what couples care about most, and what planners and vendors need to make the process smooth and inspired.
I’m married to my favorite person, raising two incredible sons who are both in college now, and I share my home with our two sweet pups, Coco and Lulu. Around here, life is full, a little loud, and usually covered in dog hair, and I wouldn’t trade a minute of it.
